Bio

Tony Allen, vice president, wealth advisor and team leader for Heartland Bank and Trust Company’s Peoria region, joined the bank in 2023 and has over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. Tony collaborates closely with clients to provide comprehensive wealth management strategies across multiple generations. In addition, he works with charitable organizations to provide investment management solutions in support of their missions.

Tony earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Illinois at Springfield with a certification in Business Process Management and a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University. Tony holds Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) (2022), Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA®) (2023) and Accredited Behavioral Finance Professional (ABFP®) (2024) designations.

Actively involved in the community, Tony serves as Treasurer for the Bradley Braves Club, is a board member of the Salvation Army Advisory Board for the Pekin 360 Life Center and has served as President of the Central Illinois Estate Planning Council since 2024. A U.S. Army veteran and Lifetime Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) member, Tony enjoys traveling with his wife and two children, who have visited over 15 countries across four continents.
