Contact our Customer Care Center at (888) 897-2276 or reach out to your local branch for more complex questions about your account or services that Heartland Bank offers.

The Customer Care Center is staffed Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Saturdays from 8 a.m.  to 1 p.m.. Branch and Care Center hours vary by holiday.
