Registration is easy!

  • Enroll online for a personal or business account.
  • A banker in any local branch can help you enroll.
  • We can also help you enroll over the phone, or talk you through setting up your online access. Phone lines are staffed Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Saturdays from 8 a.m.  to 1 p.m.. Branch and Care Center hours vary by holiday.
  • Business customers can go to the Digital Banking Login Page. Click “Register a New Account” link and start the enrollment process.

Bill Pay

Online bill pay is a convenient and secure way of sending money or making loan payments. You can pay monthly bills, send money to another person, and set up a one-time payment or recurring payments. You can even get a confirmation number so you know your transaction went through, and review the payments you’ve ordered to keep track of spending.

To Enroll in Bill Pay: log in to your online banking account, or open up the Heartland Bank app,  click the “Bill Pay” tab, and follow the on-screen instructions.


eStatements

You can receive your bank statements via email, or you can see them by logging in to your Heartland account. Why Choose eStatements over Paper? Your electronic statements arrive sooner; they’re available any time to view, print, or download; there’s an automatic 24-month archive; statements are behind your password-protected access; it reduces the use of paper; and it’s free!

To receive eStatements: log in to your account or open the Heartland Bank app on your device, click on the eStatements tab, then read and accept the Electronic Disclosures. That’s all it takes.


Financial Wellness

Our free and easy-to-use digital Financial Wellness tools allow you to track your spending, create savings goals, and monitor your financial health.

To Access Your Financial Wellness Tools: Log in to Digital Banking and click the Financial Wellness tab to get started.


Text & Email Alerts

Text and email alerts are a safe, simple, and effective tool to get your attention when there’s activity on your account. You control the alerts and how you get them. It all depends on what you want to know.

  • When your Heartland credit or debit card is used.
  • When a payment clears your account.
  • When your balance drops below the amount you choose, when automatic deposits are added, debit purchases are made, or when a variety of other transactions occur.

To Manage Your Text & Email Alerts: Log in to Heartland’s Online Banking, go to Settings, and choose Manage Alerts.

Secure Messaging

It’s easy to send a secure message to the Heartland team if you have questions or need information about your accounts. Secure messaging is a safe way to send information, rather than email. Account details or other private data sent via email could be stolen.

To Access Secure Messaging:
Log in to Heartland’s Online Banking and click on Support > Contact Support
In the Heartland app, choose More > Support > Message Center
