Automatic Loan Payment Setup
There are several ways to set things up:
Online Banking
You can make one-time or recurring transfers to your loan within Online Banking.
Loan Payment Portal
Use the loan payment portal to schedule one-time or recurring payments
Submit In Writing
Using an AFT or ACH form also means your payment can be adjusted as your loan balance decreases.
There are two forms. Choose the right one for you.
Print your completed form and send it in either by:

Logging in to your Heartland Online Banking account and using the “Secure Email” service. (Don’t ever use regular email to send private information, it is not secure.)

Mail the form to us at:

You’ll need Adobe Reader software to fill out the form on your computer, if you don’t have it already.
NOTE: Depending on your settings in Acrobat Reader, the computer you use to complete the form could store the information. Secure your privacy and your personal, financial information by clicking the “Clear Form” button after your form is printed.
