Deactivate Lost or Stolen Card
If your Heartland Bank card is lost or stolen, it’s quick and easy to deactivate it and avoid fraud.
Credit Card
Call 844-448-0200 to report a lost or stolen credit card to Visa. This service is available 24/7/365.
Debit or ATM Card
To report a lost or stolen debit or ATM card, you can use TeleBank or call the Customer Care Center.
Call Heartland’s TeleBank service at 800-749-8581. Select Option 3 from the Main Menu and follow the prompts. Once that’s done, you can request a replacement card by contacting your branch or calling the Customer Care Center to order a replacement card.
Call the Customer Care Center at 888-897-2276 and talk with a representative. You can request a replacement card on the same call. Phone lines are staffed Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Branch and Care Center hours vary by holiday.
*Please note, cards reported lost or stolen cannot be reactivated. Once you report the lost or stolen card, you can request a replacement from our Customer Care Center.
